With the new Renters Bill of Rights being introduced, it means notice periods are likely to increase, which could lead to ever-longer court delays, increasing the stresses on your finances from a non-paying tenant. 

When you consider all of the above, there has never been a more important time to consider Rent Guarantee Insurance. 

We will be introducing this service through our trusted Reference agency, who carries out all the tenant referencing checks. 

The rent guarantee insurance policy comes with legal expenses as standard, so not only can you get rent protection in the event of a tenant defaulting, but you are also covered for any legal expenses you may face, such as the costs for evicting a tenant. 

• Cover up to £2,500 in rental income per month (Higher rental cover available if needed)

• Up to 15 months’ rental cover

• Up to 3 months rental cover following eviction at 75% of monthly rent

• Full landlord legal expenses up to £100,000 (including eviction costs)

• Access to online health and safety documents

• All tenant types considered 

At the end of the referencing process, the software will tell us if the reference could be eligible for you to purchase a Rent Guarantee policy.
